Nikki puts the 'N' in 'Neesh': In October 2003, a bad reaction sent Nikki's youngest son to the hospital and, subsequently, to the allergist. At only 18 months old, Nikki's son was diagnosed with an anaphylactic allergy to peanuts, all tree nuts and sunflower seeds. It has been her goal to make sure he never feels excluded... and nut-free cookies are her way of providing a fun, safe treat for everyone to enjoy! Nikki is momma to two boys, one girl, and the cutest little puppy on the planet!

Aleesha puts the 'eesh' in 'Neesh': Aleesha grew up inGeorgia, where everything is better with butter and sugar! She received her first dessert cookbook when she was nine years old and has been baking ever since. Aleesha has always not-so-secretly dreamed of having her own bakery, so she can quit her job in Corporate America (or Canada, as it were!) and use her creative mind on a daily basis. Aleesha is momma to one sassy little girl.
